A kitchen refresh or a repair that can’t wait. Share a few details, your location, and your ideal timing.
Verified local contractors review your project, ask questions, and arrange a visit when needed.
Look beyond the price. Compare scope, timing, and proposals, then choose the contractor that fits.
Start with an idea. We’ll help you put it into words.
You shouldn’t have to buy a phone number to earn a job. Vernovu is being built so qualified contractors can discover real projects and bid without per-lead fees.
Built for a better experience on both sides of the project.
Yes. Vernovu’s planned homeowner experience includes free project posting and no obligation to hire. This initial site lets you create a project draft; live posting is coming later.
There are no lead fees or charges to submit a bid. Contractors pay Vernovu a fixed 1% of the agreed scope value when both the homeowner and contractor have signed the contract and confirmed the booking. For example, a $20,000 booked project carries a $200 fee, paid by the contractor. The core booking rate stays at 1%, with no subscription required. Homeowners post for free. Booking and fee collection will be available when the marketplace launches.
Vernovu is being designed around contractor verification. The exact checks and eligibility requirements will be published before the marketplace launches. Verification will not replace reviewing a contractor’s qualifications, references, and written proposal.
The planned first market is North Carolina’s Triad: Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point. Launch timing and service availability are still being finalized.
Not yet. This is Vernovu’s initial landing page. You can try the project planner and download a draft, but it does not publish your project or send your details to contractors.
Free to plan. Yours to make happen.
